Can I set up a credit account?

This is for clients using a courier service at least once a week, or using more than $100.00 per month. Occasional users can pay by cash, check or credit card. Otherwise, fill out and fax an application here.

What areas do the bike messengers serve?

Bike service is available within San Francisco only.

What are your hours of operation?

We are available 24 hours a day/& days a week. Not all services are available at all times. Rates are higher after hours and on weekends and holidays.

How big a shipment can I send?

We can usually handle shipments of up to 500 pounds. We don't use equipment to load or unload (fork lifts, pallet jacks, etc), so pallets of boxes need to be available to be broken down. Some larger shipments may take more than 1 trip. If any one piece of the shipment weighs more than 70 pounds, a driver's helper may be necesseary, and additional charges incurred.

What are the terms of service?

Invoices are due and payable 10 days after the invoice date. All invoices unpaid after thirty (30) days will be assessed a past due charge equal to 1.5% of all past due amounts. The customer agrees to be liable for all reasonable collection fees incurred in the recovery of funds due.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

We are not responsible for conseqential or incedental damages. Cargo insurance for loss or physical damage up to $25,000.00 is available for an additional charge, and must be arranged prior to the shipment. If insurance is not agreed to prior to shipping, our maximum liability is $100 per shipment.
